The zeolite is formed by a group of minerals composed of 52 mineralogical species chemically defined “aluminosilicate hydrates of alkaline and/or alkaline-earth metals” (essentially, Na, K and Ca) and structurally constituents with feldspars, feldspatoidi and minerals of the silica, the family of the tectosilicates. This substrate allows through its use in variable percentages and still reduced (from approximately 20 to 35% of the total compost used in the process of re-potting); to significantly improve the performance of the soil in relation to plant.
